Shipments from the US have been delayed by about 10 business days due to the surge in orders during the holiday season and long vacations.

It depends on when you place your order. The delivery date is an estimate.
It depends on the manufacturer's shipping date, so it varies each time, and the specific date will change each time.

Because it is an American standard shoe, there is no development in 5mm increments like in Japan.

Since you will be choosing an approximate value, we have also listed the Japanese size as a guideline.
This size may vary depending on shoe shape.
Manufacturers have updated the shoes several times, and recently the size seems to be closer to the domestic standard. We appreciate your understanding in advance because it is the reality that we do not know what is not.
In addition, there are many extreme designs, and it is not a manufacturer that can be recommended for those who pursue comfort.

We offer free size exchanges for one pair per order.
(Please pay only the shipping cost for return and re-shipment.)
After receiving your ordered shoes, please try them on indoors.
If you decide that one size larger or smaller is better, please fill out the "Return/Exchange Contact Form" on the back of the delivery note and return it according to the instructions.
We will prepare a return replacement product.
It will take the same delivery time to prepare the replacement product as the order.
If we cannot prepare a replacement item, we will treat it as a return.

If there is damage that occurred after delivery, we will refuse it.

In addition, shoes with voluminous soles, such as those with thick soles, tend to have problems where the upper and sole come off because the sole is heavy.
This may occur after one use.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if it occurs after use, please repair it with a dedicated shoe adhesive or at a repair shop.
It is also a good way to reinforce the product by screwing it in before use.
If it comes off immediately when you try it on, it will be treated as an initial defective product, so please send it back.

About exchanging shoes

We accept exchanges at the following times, unless the size does not fit.

■ If the delivered product is defective.

In principle, only when there is a defect in our shop.

Our shop will bear the shipping costs for exchanges due to our defects.

About returning shoes

Returns can be accepted when:

Our shop will bear the shipping costs for returned goods due to our defects.
